L2 Tourism Trip
Some of the L2 Tourism class were lucky enough to enjoy a "truffle" experience at Wallingford Homestead this week. We were given a very interesting talk about truffles, how valuable they are and how to hunt for them. Head Chef and co-host, Chris then treated us to a delicious risotto which the students were able to assist in cooking and then all enjoyed devouring it.
We have recently been learning about Domestic Tourism and word of mouth advertising being the best form of promotion. We would all thoroughly recommend a visit and are very lucky to have such an amazing local tourism destination on our doorstep.
