Well done to our current students, Hezekiah Schaumkel and Bree Franklin and former students, Nevaeh Prentice and Hamish James who are all involved with Project Prima Volta (PPV) for their outstanding performances in the Double Bill Opera; Gianni Schicchi & Dido and Aeneas, held at the Napier Municipal Theatre from 15-17th of February.

All four were involved with Purcell's Dido and Aeneas.  Nevaeh had a role, and the other three were in the choir.

Hezekiah and Hamish both had roles in Puccini's comedy Gianni Schicchi.

A big part of the students commitment to the opera was attending many hours of rehearsals in Napier over the four weeks leading up to this weekend. So we are very proud of their mihi in this regard and also a huge thank you must be given to our staff member, Mr Stephen Franklin who provided transport for these students (sometimes multiple times a day) getting them to the rehearsals and the shows which allowed them to partake in this incredible event.
