The annual NZ Secondary Schools Athletics championships were held in Timaru last weekend. The only college representative this year was Year 12 student, Caitlin Kirk, who competed in the Senior Girls 3000m on Friday and her main event the 2000m Steeplechase on Sunday.  Caitlin finished midfield in the 3000m meters and 6th in the Steeplechase event.
