Rippa Rugby

Last week we had two Year 9 girls teams play in a Rippa "Have a go day" in Taradale.  The girls did amazingly well playing in the heat and the wind, and had a fun day out.  It is always great to see our students having a go at a new sport!  Thank you, Mr Fraser, for taking some practices in the lead up to game day, and thanks to Mrs Julia Coddington and Mrs Bek Slingsby for driving and supporting them on the day.

Volleyball Success

Two of our junior volleyball teams had a successful season. Our Junior Boys and Junior Girls Gold teams won their Division 2 grades at the Pettigrew Green Arena last week.  The girl's team were undefeated all season and all teams improved throughout the season.  Congratulations to these teams and their coaches, student coach, Nahanni Lloyd and Mr Andres Castelli.  We would also like to thank Mr Lance Wilkinson for coaching and Mr Richard Galbraith for driving the boys every week along with all the other parents that assisted with driving the other vans for the season.  Our teams cannot play without you!
