Over the second week of the holidays, Caitlin Kirk and Alex McCutcheon-Barrett competed in the XP Gymnastics Trampoline Nationals in Palmerston North as members of the Hawke’s Bay / Poverty Bay team.

Caitlin achieved an epic result gaining 1st and becoming National Champion in Tumbling for 15–16 Year old women.  Caitlin also gained 2^nd place for Double Mini Trampoline and 10^th on Trampoline.

Alex McCutcheon-Barrett competed in 13–14-year-old Tumbling and came 15th overall.

Callum Pearce qualified to compete, but sadly couldn’t compete due to a broken collar bone.
