The NZ Army Officer Cadet School is currently on exercise in Waipukurau. They have kindly offered a time slot for people interested in a career in the New Zealand Defence Force through for an open visit.

Time: 10:00am - 12:00 noon

Where: Waipukurau Racecourse

What to expect:

- Chance to engage with young soldiers starting their career in the NZ Army as an Officer.

- Chance to ask questions regarding different trades and employment opportunities in the wider Defence Force

- Understand the recruiting process

- Understand the greater benefits of joining the Defence Force e.g. education scholarships, sporting opportunities, travel opportunities, financial security
