Year’s 9 - 11

Parent Conferences for all Year’s 9 - 11 students and their parents / caregivers are scheduled for Thursday 21 March from 4:00pm – 6:00pm and Friday 22 March from 10:00am to 4:00pm. Parents / caregivers will meet for 15 minutes with the Mentor who will have access to some information provided by subject teachers.

Year’s 12 & 13

Conferences for Year’s 12 & 13 students will be by invitation only and held during the same days / times as above. You will be contacted by the Mentor or Dean if a conference is necessary. However, if you wish to meet with the Mentor, please contact the office to make an appointment.

Interim Reports for senior students are issued on Friday 15 March.

While the school is open, there are no scheduled classes on Friday 22 March, but it is expected that all Years 9 - 11 students (Years 12 & 13 by invitation) and their parents /caregivers attend the 15min conference with the Mentor to discuss their goals, progress and future needs.

Appointments for Year’s 9 - 11 students can be made online by parents or by contacting the school office. Bookings will close on Thursday 21 March 3:00pm for Session A and Friday 22 March 9:00am for Sessions B and C.

The meeting can be scheduled in any one of the three sessions.

Thursday 21 March

• Session A                   4:00pm – 6:00pm

Friday 22 March

• Session B                  10:00am – 12:30pm
• Session C                   1:30pm – 4:00pm

To ensure the smooth running of the day, we do request that you must stick carefully to your meeting time. 

On the Day:

• It is always best if both parents / caregiver and son / daughter are in attendance.
