I take pleasure introducing the BEST Administration Team to our school community.

Jo Baker, Personal Assistant to Mr Christiansen/Administration Executive. 
After being the Office Manager at Waipukurau School for 16 years, I decided it was time to leave Primary School and graduate to Secondary School!  This is the fourth year in my position at CHBC, and I love my job.  My main duties include, but are not limited to: administration tasks, BOT Secretary, Mr C's Personal Assistant (appointments etc only *he makes his own coffee!*), student enrolments, administration of staff appointments, payroll and many other seen and unseen tasks. 
Donna London - Student Secretary/Communication Officer
Hi,  this is my ninth year in the student office.  My main responsibilities are First Aid, the weekly Newsletter, School Yearbook (Magazine) and Assistant NZQA Administration.  
I have two daughters, four chooks and one cat. I have lived in Waipukurau since 2010, originally from Papamoa.  
Tessa Tennent - Relief Student Secretary
I have returned to CHBC after spending five years as a student.  I loved it so much I returned to work with Star/Gateway students and help in the office when needed.  When not at school I am a group fitness instructor and a berry farmer.
Jan Hamilton - Financial Administrator
I have managed all school finances during my 20ish years as the Bursar at CHBC.
This included the Management of Student billing on KAMAR, our student financial system - (students to come with money and permission slips).
Manage accounts payable and receivables.
Reconciling of accounts and liaising with Education Services and Auditors.
Monitoring school budget areas.
Manage the use of school leased minivans and buses for sports/ trips etc.
Leonte McKenzie - Student Secretary/Attendance Officer
According to Mr Oliver, I have returned to the College for a second time to do better - but this time I'm your Student and Attendance Administratior.  Which means, if you're not at school, I know!  But - I promise, I'm really kind so please do approach me and I'll help where I can!
