This year we welcome a number of new staff in a variety of roles within the school. Some new staff are former students, these include Ms Leonte McKenzie who joins us in the front office, Miss Helen Middleton who will be teaching Textiles and Mr Ben Carpenter teaching Māori and Social Studies. We have two new Teacher Aides Mrs Lisa McDonald and Ms Sarah Hemi who will be supporting students in the Hauora Hub and Learning Support area.

New to the school are Mr Simon Pearce who will be teaching Digital Technology and was formerly at the Waipawa Technology Centre. Miss Ashliegh Fincham who is teaching Hospitality and joins us from Napier Boys High School. Mrs Jo Freiman teaching Mathematics who joins us from Dannevirke High School. Mr Chris Scanlan who joins us to teach Drama and originates from Lower Hutt.
