BOT Report Back On Consultation
The Board of Trustees would like to thank all those staff, students, parents and community members who contributed to the recent survey. This information was discussed at a strategic planning hui in mid November and highlighted some areas we need to focus on as a school. School behaviour, especially around bullying was an area of concern. The school is already well into reviewing it’s behavioural management procedures and has training on Restorative Practices in early February 2024. A safety plan is being developed and this includes the involvement of a number of community partners who we are developing stronger relationships with. We appreciate your feedback and it is being sued to help give the school directions into the future.
Casual vacancy for Parent Representatives
We now have casual vacancies on the school board for two elected parent representatives.
The board has decided to fill the vacancies by selection.
If 10% or more of eligible voters on the school roll ask the board, within 28 days of this notice being published, to hold a by-election to fill the vacancy, then a by-election will be held.
Request for a by-election should be sent to:
