The First XI Girls played Iona at home last week.  Batting first, CHBC scored 125 for 2. Top scorers, Danielle Hemi retired on 40 and Samantha Frantzetis 20. In reply, Iona were 58 for 9 wickets, wickets were shared around with Alice Jamieson 3 for 7 and Leah Bibby 2 for 9 being the most successful.

The Boys First XI played Hastings Boys HS and lost in a close game. Batting first, the team scored 113 for 7 with James Ganley 31 not out and Tom Burne 33 top scoring in the innings.  HBHS scored 114 for 4, Sonny-Bill Barakat, Jude Kynoch and Finn Davidson all took a wicket each.
