Babysitting Safely

Let’s babysit safely this summer!

If you are looking for a summer babysitting job and want to reassure parents you have the knowledge and skills needed – Sign up to Whānau Āwhina Plunket’s online Babysitting Course.

This course, with updated material, is designed to give teens from 14, the knowledge and skills to babysit children of all ages.  It’s written for first time babysitters, so you don’t need to have previous experience to enrol.

Central Hawke’s Bay 4WD Trek

This trek is a one day Rotary Fundraiser drive over iconic CHB coastal sheep stations starting at the River Park Event Centre on Pourerere Road and finishing at Porangahau Beach where there will be a barbeque and bar facility in the beach carpark.

Saturday 25^th February 2023.  $200 per vehicle entry fee includes 2 adults. $100 per extra adults $35 per child (12 and under)
