Year 10 students, Heidi Madsen and Angus Hunter have recently returned from a three-day Rotary Youth Enrichment Programme based at the Guthrie-Smith Outdoor Education Centre in Tutira. The programme was hosted by the Rotary Club of Greenmeadows. Heidi and Angus were funded by the Rotary Club of Waipukurau and were joined by over thirty other secondary school students from throughout Hawke’s Bay Poverty Bay. The programme included a range of outdoor team-based activities and seminars focusing on personal and interpersonal skills.
