Message from the Principal - 13th November 2020
Kia ora koutou
This week we held our final full assembly of the year to farewell our leavers and also Mrs Waru and Mrs Moore. Many of our Year 13 leavers have been with us for 5 years and they leave to undertake their exams or move into the world of work or further training. As always, we wish them well and hope they enjoy happy and prosperous futures. We finally had the opportunity to thank and farewell Mrs Waru after 32 years involvement at the College and also Mrs Moore who has been here for 26 years. We wish both of them all the best for their retirements and thank them for all they have done for the school. There is no doubt about their commitment to the school and the wider community both in and outside the classroom. Last night we held our Senior Prizegiving. This year it was held before the NCEA exams due to the late finish of those exams. Once again it was a celebration of excellence and a reward for the hard work of our students.
Congratulations to 2020 Dux Litterarum, Johanna Nieuwenhuis.
2021 Prefects
Congratulations to the newly appointed 2021 Prefect Team.
Head Boy, Matt Hulena. Head Girl Lydia Bucknell. Deputies; Oliver Wichman, Emma Thomsen, Emma Giddens, Courtney Green, Mitchell Thompson and Jackson Baylis.
Nga mihi nui – Kind regards
